Our process...
We slow-churn our plant-based gelato in an authentic Italian batch freezer, extract it by hand and fold in delicious fruits and confections for a decadent treat you’d never guess is non-dairy.
Scooped from our custom pozzetti cart, our gelato is always the perfect temperature and creamy consistency–never icy. Our unique equipment consumes less energy and maintains quality, while minimizing food waste.

Spiced Persimmon
Fresh persimmon puree is whisked into our creamy almond milk base, studded with cider-soaked golden raisins and warmed up with cinnamon and nutmeg. It will remind you of carrot cake!
Coffee Stracciatella
Cento Coffee’s Clutch roasted beans are infused in a rich cashew milk base, studded with TCHO chocolate that we spread thin and crackle into the churning gelato for perfect chips that melt in your mouth.
Heirloom Apple Crisp
We carefully select a mix of apples from Devoto Orchards, caramelize them into an intensely flavorful jam, and fold it into our cashew milk base. Each scoop is then dipped in toasted oat-pecan streusel, bringing to mind a warm apple crisp a la mode, all in one bite.
